Screening Requirements

When booking, please email me with at least ONE following information:

• A picture of your Drivers License

• Two recent references with contact information (email address, phone number, link to TOB profile, etc.)

• LinkedIn Profile link

• Due to obligations with school and travel proximity Portland, OR bookings will incur a $250 travel compensation rate and a minimum 2 hour booking
